Clown 小丑
掌聲在歡呼之中響起，眼淚已湧在笑容裡；啟幕時歡樂送到你眼前，落幕時孤獨留給自己…
小丑都是這麼悲情嗎？錯了！蝙蝠俠電影當中的小丑跟台灣企業中的小丑過的可爽咧！台灣的企業有個奇怪的現象：做人比做事重要。不管你為公司爭取了多少業績，賺了多少錢，節省了多少成本，提高了多少效率，只要不會做人，不懂得巴結上頭的人，不屑於迎逢拍馬，鐵定比宋朝的包拯黑。
企業中有一些小丑，自己不幹正經事，還影響別人做事，但頗會討主子的歡心，所以儘管沒有產值，沒有生產能力，還會欺壓同事，排擠人才，卻依舊紅的發紫，春風得意，待遇比眾人還高，過得比別人還舒服。
說也奇怪，當上高階主管，或是成為老闆的人，必有其過人之處，不會是下愚之輩，想必付出不少的努力，但為什麼會縱容小丑做怪？據推測，可能是工作壓力實在太大了，需要調劑身心，所以扮演小丑的人就有了表現的機會。
這些小丑，前呼後擁，歌功頌德，噓寒問暖，對主子的一切觀察入微，其細膩程度，比服侍自己的爹娘還盡心盡力，諂媚的功夫與嘴臉，連彩衣娛親的老萊子都難望其項背。跟討主人歡心的狗比起來，那股殷勤勁真是有過之而無不及，犬類要是會說話，恐怕也會大呼：「佩服！佩服！甘拜下風！望君傳授一二。」
主子為回報這些小丑，經常會獨排眾議，作出出人意表的循私的行為，讓眾人難以平服，可是在權力極為不對等的職場中，受薪階級只能默默忍受。
只有馬戲團才會有小丑。企業中如果有太多小丑，就會變成馬戲團，混亂不堪，肯定會加速企業的滅亡。即使在馬戲團當中，小丑也只是開場的小配角，不會是台柱。所以縱容小丑跳上檯面的企業，當然不會有好結局。
小丑做出只為博取歡心，罔顧組織的利益與目標的行為，充其量只是個奴才，絕不會是人才。奴才只有取悅主子的功用，天生的奴性讓目光淺短，終其一生都只會是個奴才，雖說英雄不怕出身低，但從沒聽說哪個功成名就的人是幹小丑起家的。所以為了小丑循私瞎搞，當然很快就會有玩完的一天。
玩完的那一天，作主子的才發現這些小丑跟妓女沒兩樣，當你床頭金盡，馬上就閃人。其離去之剛毅果決，別說掉眼淚了，連用過的衛生紙都懶得幫你收。
這些小丑跟寄生蟲一樣，會再去找下一個宿主，繼續重複一樣的把戲，所以以進化論來說，適者生存，這些小丑存活下來了，可以稱得上是優秀的物種，但是因為都是以寄生方式存在，所以是接近於寄生蟲或細菌的低等生物。
和珅屈意承歡，處處極力討乾隆的歡心，乾隆處處偏坦和珅，最後康乾盛世竟然被和珅一個人就搞垮了，可見小丑為害之烈，有史為鑑。
企業中，老闆與高階主管開始沉迷於小丑的原因還是一個謎。為什麼原屬於馬戲團的成員會出現在企業中，也是一個神秘的現象。未來的ＥＭＢＡ或是企管課程應該將這個課題認真研究，或許會成為一個專門的科學

Dark Window Tint

DuraGloss EnviroShield Review Picture
Came back home, then take my SLR camera and press the shutter.....i like water beading..!!
Aperture step down to F29, focal length 200mm, iso set to 400.
Update 28th Nov 2009. 6 days later and this is 3rd wash, water sheeting and beading effect still doing great ! Watch the video below

DuraGloss EnviroShield Sealant Review
I am a big fan of WOWA(Wipe On Walk Away) sealant.
My first try with DuraGloss EnviroShield delivered excellent result. Application wise is similar to Zaino-Clear Seal, even the smells but not as strong as Z-CS.
Surface preparation:
1) Car wash, shampoo mix with dish washing liquid..Any brand, SUNLight will do
2) HAND Polish using Zaino Fusion Dual Action Paint Cleaner
3) Wash again and rinse dry
4) 4x coats of DuraGloss EnviroShield. I am layering addict, thinking of putting up 5x layers..hehe

Dealing with people . . .
wow..Some PEOPLE are just annoying and creepy. They should be able to think for themselves and not getting spoon feed. So, you want me to spoon feed you?
The habits of spoon-feeding that the school child acquires are not easily abandoned at the college level. Instruction by lecture and random discussion with the reading of prescribed passages from prescribed textbooks, the whole tested by examinations largely factual in character ... are hardly the way to encourage either independence of mind or maturity of judgment.
Okay, let's get back to the topic, what am i trying to tell here is be your own, no one can help you if you don't help yourself, i get frustrated with the apparent lack of doing their own homework and keep on asking...asking, and . . .It's like taking advantage of someone and do you think you will get an answer/reply? Learn to earn respect from others before asking people to respect you. :@
No, i dont meant to be rude or harsh to anyone. No, i don't take my words back, if you find it offensive, then s-O-r-r-Y.

This is the replacement model after Bridgestone RE-01R. It is still a street tyre unlike semi slick or slick which is purely for track usage.
Get excited over the weekend and lurking around few of the Bridgestone Pro Shop in Penang island but none of them is carrying this stock? REASON? I don't have to elaborate more, it is because of the price, very low demand and buying power from Penangkia is not that high.
The shop owner ask me to place some deposit to get it order, import fresh from Japan so expected price is much more higher than any of the category. Estimated time arrival is unknown, could take up to months. In the end, i was left disappointed..

用了之前的Osram Night Breaker，效果不错所以再买一套，当然亮度compare 跟 HID/Xenon还是差了很多，况且花千多令吉改装HID，分分钟给"马打，JPJ"三万, 还是乖乖用回Halogen灯泡好了。

Hit with a nail(screw) again ! ! >_<
真的倒霉啊，新的轮胎又再中铁钉了 ! 一个月中两次，中大马彩都没那么幸运。。
还好这次能够补回，要不然四个月里面要换上第三set 的轮胎.....真的要去借阿窿来买轮胎鸟，哈哈。

再来一套Bridgestone RE001 Potenza
Adrenalin rush..Go RE001, go go go..
只不过，前面两个轮子上个经过一番激烈的驾驶和"飘移"(轮胎还会尖叫，冒出白烟white smokkesss和烧焦味道的那种)。。。。
问过了价钱，决定trade in了这4条给轮胎佬，再次换上4条新的鞋子。就这样，千多令吉又飞掉鸟
这下子可惨了，要吃roti canai + 白开水才能够度过这个月鸟。咯咯!
三个月前，换上了4条新的Potenza RE001. 很不幸的今天(还是可以说是好彩一天, 中大马彩票都没江容易..靠)，后轮中了两条铁钉!没的救了，呜..呜...呜...呜, 伤心啊!
晕啊! 才走6k 公里罢了，前轮还有90%花纹，后轮就像新的一样(95% 花纹)....

夜猫子的救星 Osram Night Breaker
前天收到所买得parcel了，昨天把原装的Osram灯泡换掉，发出的颜色有点偏白噢 ，效果如图下:
Osram Night Breaker的价钱比Philips Xtreme Power的便宜很多, 所以先买套便宜的来try try 看

还没换上Night Breaker之前 (LOW BEAM)
换上 Osram Night Breaker之后 (LOW BEAM罢了) 。开上High Beam效果一流，顶啊! 不错，要去买一套Philips Xtreme Power来玩玩下。
AUGUST 2009 UPDATE
After 5 months of usage(12-13k mileage only), finally it gave up, such a short lifespan is out of my expectation..
Yesterday, quickly went to accesories shop to get replacement H4 bulb, cost me only rm8 each...hehe, i can buy at least 7-8set of OEM bulb with that kind of price.
My next try gonna be PHILIPS..., No more OSRAM, sorry ! >_<
